Went to K1 for my RWC. Alot needed to be done but Alan and his Team made my car safe for the road very quickly and reliably (one and a half days), and that for a fair price. In general the service is ok and their service is quite quick; but the price is higher than some other workshops that I know. Actually it about 25% higher.I was quoted to fix from issues of my car and make RWC for around $1900, but that workshop is quite far from my place and I wasn’t ready at that time, I had to you wait for upcoming wage. 2 weeks later I went you K1 Motor cuz it is much closer to my place and they quoted me in total around $2600, I still let them do the service cuz I didn’t have that much time to run back & forth. But still I don’t think that gap is worth money.

UPDATE: sadly the same issue came back, seems like the front tyres' pressure issue, or maybe there are more serious issues than alignment...**test drove around after work, issues were intermittent, tyres not leaking, pretty sure the pull wasn't due to the road being not leveled, so the wheel misaligned seems like a misdiagnosis, sad but still safe to drive, I guess I will wait till next service to have it checked properly**Have a long road trip coming this Sunday, noticed the used car I've just bought has alignment issue, I've also felt the brake is a little unusual. Did a last minute free quote through their website, was told to bring in the car today for a check. The shop looked busy this morning, but one of the mechanics attended to me with no fuss, did a test drive with me on board, curious why the car was not aligned despite recent service (so I guess alignment check isn't provided by all autoshops here during interval service). Just about an hour later I had received a call from them that the car was fixed, explained to me that my brakes were healthy, unscrupulous autos would have asked me to change heaps of parts. Car's aligned now, a little pricey if compared to places like MyCar to do alignment ONLY, but I guess with the good customer and car service, the price is justified. 👍

Alan and the team at K1 Motors were fantastic. They repaired and repainted my 98 MGF and when completed it looked like it had just come out of the factory 24 year ago. Front bumper repair and the re-spray was perfect. Even when I later found a very minor imperfection, Alan was very quick to get me back and it was addressed, again to perfection, in one hour. Price was also very competitive. Highly recommend K1.

Never trust this mechanics. They give false information over the phone just to get the booking fees. I went there for a rwc. On the phone i give them all information about my car and once there they charge me without doing any job telling me they dont repair jeep and European cars. That was a very very bad experience. Never never go there beleive me they just want to make easy money. And ypu ask them explanation they give silence they don't even expla8n you. They just ask for money. This mechanics is Very untrustworthy business and people. 100% NOT RELIABLE AND BAD SERVICE.

I was very satisfied with the work that was done by K1 Motors last week on my Honda. The car needed to have the rear parking sensors replaced and K1 did the job on time for a very reasonable price and the overall experience was first class. I decided to wait the 90 minutes for the job to be done and the waiting room was comfortable and even offered free soft drinks. This is a business that is really making an effort to provide a good service and I would thoroughly recommend them.

I had my reverse camera installed by someone else and it cost money when I thought it included the sensor parking when it did not happen. A bit of a rip off for me. Contacted every place to get a reasonable price for parking sensors. They came across a reasonable price & therefore booked in and explained my situation as a hearing impaired person. I was then explained how it would work. Once it done being installed I was then shown how it works, I see the light and hear the beeping sound. I am forever grateful for their amazing work and their support in showing me before hand. Now driving away with a fantastic parking sensors.On the negative note: when i had the reverse camera installed, the reverse camera wasn't making any movement when reversing out. Now having the parking sensors installed, although when reversing out my reverse camera did not make any movements, I am not sure whether it because my camera wasn't installed correctly by someone. When I put the gear into R the screen will pop up and the word says "Danger! Please check surroundings for safety" it a bit annoying as I didn't want the word pop up and staying there as I am continuing reversing. How do I solve the problem?

An appointment to install the rear parking sensors on my Toyota Aurion was made and the installation was completed punctually. The work was carried out skillfully and with care, for which I was very satisfied. It was fair to say that at least in my case punctuality and professionalism are the two strong attributes of K1 Motors. Besides, the cost of the sensor installation is also reasonable. Hopefully the installed sensor unit will perform well beyond the warranty period and that expectation awaits to be proven in due course.

I rarely write reviews, but these guys deserve praise! Great Service from passionate mechanics and staffs. As a female I like to understand what my car needs and why. I had a very bad scratch and dent on the left front door of my car due to a reversing accident. Went to a few mechanics and they said they were not able to repair, but could only replace the whole door which would cost more than a thousand dollars. K1 Motors not only said they could repair it at a reasonable price, but did a very impressive job in repairing it! There are no signs of scratches or dents anymore and my car looks good as new!
